  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

You will need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish or skillet 6 or 8 inches in diameter with cooking spray.

Over medium heat, melt the butter. Once the onion is soft, add it to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. During the last 30 seconds of cooking, add the garlic.
